Learn how rainwater affects our local environment in this informative talk with Cynthia Rabinowitz of the Northwest Conservation District on Wednesday, April 15 at 6:00 pm at Burnham Library. The program will introduce the basics of watersheds and stormwater runoff and explain how it impacts water quality. Rabinowitz will also share simple actions homeowners can take to reduce pollution while beautifying their landscapes and creating habitat for wildlife. Questions are encouraged, and attendees are welcome to stay afterward to continue the discussion.
