Judging will take place from Thursday\, October 23 to Thursday\, October 30th at 4:00 PM. DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Mine Hill Distillery \nHeld at Mine Hill Distillery\, 5 Mine Hill Road\, Roxbury \nTHIS PROGRAM IS AT CAPACITY.  \nBrookfield’s first murder in 1981 shocked Connecticut—and soon became a national sensation—when the accused’s girlfriend claimed it wasn’t her boyfriend\, but the Devil himself\, who committed the crime. Join journalist and podcaster Mike Allen\, who covered the case firsthand and appeared in Netflix’s The Devil on Trial\, for a chilling deep dive into this notorious “Devil Made Me Do It” murder. \nEnjoy craft cocktails before and after the talk.  Doors open at 5:30 PM—come early to sip\, settle in\, and prepare for a night where spirits (both liquid and ghostly) come alive. \nQuestions?
