Cuts to borrowitCT

Cuts to CLC
The State of Connecticut is also proposing to flat-fund the Connecticut Library Consortium (CLC). The consortium has saved Connecticut libraries $6.45 million dollars but offering reduced cost trainings, bulk pricing for materials and databases and supplies.
